Beasley Report for February in Rabun County, Georiga
Beasley Report from February there was a total of 15 transactions in Rabun County less than the one I was last speaking of. 2 Lake properties sold and a few homes and land were the other 13.

Real Estate is Alive
Quick note.
Real Estate is still moving. There was not many transaction reported on the most recent Beasley Report, however, we are all very thankful there were some sales though.
I know I have said it time and time again BUT ITS A BUYERS MARKET...LARGE AMOUNTS OF INVENTORY!
