Long Creek, SC has been a lot of people calling about different acreage in the last few days. seems like people are wanting land, land, land/ of course a great deal.
I know that land has not been selling in our area like the lake homes but it does receive many calls. The most popular listing I have is a little cabin that has 5 acres.
